We have over 30 years experience in working with venues, hotels, sport stadiums, charities, arenas, touring artists, celebrity events, film premiers, launch parties, branding companies, concerts, theatre tours, variety shows, award shows, corporate events, weddings, private events, celebrations, anniversaries and cruise lines.

Entertainment at events is a huge part of what people remember from the day, but it’s what goes on during the build up, the planning, the structure, organisation, budgets, brand details, sound, lighting, production and running of the event that makes everything run smoothly.

We consider ourselves the event specialists and have experience from every sort of event you can imagine. Everything from working at Wembley Stadium with 80,000 fans, to live shows at the O2 arena, to organising testimonial football matches, corporate award shows of over 2000 guests to small charity fundraisers for under 100 people.

Natter MGMT is our sister company, it showcases our work in the sport hospitality industry and charity events. One of the most popular events we get booked for each year are charity functions. We specialise in hosting charity events and knowing how to raise funds for good causes. We can bring our experience, tricks and tips for running a successful fundraiser. Most of our contacts in the celebrity guest speaker world are ex sports stars so we are in high demand at many sports clubs, football, golf clubs, rugby, boxing, F1 and cricket events. Staging a successful event always starts with the look, feel and sound of the event space. 90% of events take place in a room or venue that is basically a blank canvas. This is where SLV Production comes into play. SLV is our number one choice of production company that provides the sound, lighting, production, staging, and theming. They know their microphones, speakers, sound desks, lighting, rigging, video walls, dance floors and design. We have used SLV Production for over 25 years and they are like family.

We have performed at ten’s of thousands of events, with many of them being filmed by a videographer. So many times we have been sent the final edit of the video and been very disappointed. Then in the summer of 2014 we worked with Liam Sullivan of LSVP and it was a game changer. Liam’s team of videographers aren’t just the nicest guys and girls in the business, they are also the best storytellers we have ever seen. We use LSVP to film our events whenever they are available. They have filmed football and cricket matches for us, theatre tours, concerts, boxing events, charity golf days, stand up comedy shows, weddings and corporate functions. We love their style of product and have never been disappointed.

Well what can we say about Chosen Events Ltd that people don’t know already? 25 years ago Magic 4 Events and Chosen Events shared an office in Surrey, UK and since then they have become one of the biggest and best entertainment agencies in the country. This is where we get all of our entertainment from. Bands, singers, lookalikes, arcade games, DJ’s, dancers, fire eaters, photobooths, circus acts ….. the list goes on, this is your one stop shop for entertainment ideas for your event. Their contact book and experience is what sets them apart, they know everyone in the entertainment industry.

It took us a very long time to find our preferred event producer. Event management is something we pride ourselves in. Many companies say they can event manage your event, but do they have an experienced event producer ? Well we started working with LJ Lowe from Boutique Productions about 7 years ago. LJ was living in America and producing some of the largest events in the world including Audi, Coca Cola, Volvo, Sky TV, Polestar and Formula Inchcape. LJ’s attention to detail and professionalism is what we need at our events. We are glad LJ is permanently based in the UK now and part of many of our events.
