About Mark
Managing Director Mark Williams started out in the events industry in the 1990’s with no laptop, smartphone, digital camera or google maps.
In those days it was a diary, a pen, a Tomtom sat nav in the car, a home computer and plenty of business cards.
In the year 2000 Mark started out as a professional magician and within 7 years Magic 4 Events Ltd was formed, an agency booking out the most talented magicians in the country.
Now Mark had the laptop, a Blackberry phone, a website and things started to take off.
Magic 4 Events Ltd was a very successful agency for all types of magic acts from 2007 to 2015.
Mark had then started to entertain on cruise ships with his stage show and got into stand up comedy, videography, sound, lighting, audio equipment, sports hospitality and helping many artists book theatre shows and tours.
This is when Magic 4 Events Ltd started to become the event specialists.
After attending so many badly run corporate, private, charity events and theatre shows, Mark decided to recommend the best of the best in the events world and also help many venues, businesses, companies, charities and individuals with the running of their events.
Over 30 years of contacts had to be put to use.
Mark is now one of the most sought after event hosts in the UK and still has time for his stand up shows and magic bookings mainly in the corporate, charity, sport and cruise industries.
In 2019 Mark entertained at his 1000th wedding and thought to himself he probably has enough knowledge and contacts to organise these from now on.
“When I attended a wedding that cost $60 million i thought to myself I need to start organising these sort of events”
During Mark’s first 15 years as a professional magician he entertained all over the world and performed for some of the world’s most famous A-List celebrities.
Mark entertained world leaders, royal family, prime ministers, presidents, Hollywood film stars, TV presenters, Oscar winners, Grammy winners, World Cup winners, Boxing world champions, Ryder Cup winners, Wimbledon champions and some of the richest company CEO’s in the world.
10 years ago Mark’s attention focused on running his two event agencies Magic 4 Events and Natter MGMT.
Using all the contacts and industry knowledge to actually help run and organise the events he used to be booked for as an entertainer.
Mark still performs his one man stage show for many corporate companies and he also hosts over 100 events a year as the MC, compère.
Natter MGMT is one of the busiest companies for booking celebrity sporting speakers for events.
In the last 12 months Mark has hosted dinners with Lord Ian Botham, James Haskell, Les Ferdinand, Stuart Pearce, Darren Gough, Graeme Swan, Peter Shilton, Sam Allardyce, Phil Tuffell, Chris Robshaw, Mick McCarthy, Kevin Keegan, Glenn Hoddle and George North.
