A show producer manages the practical, financial, and logistical creation of a live event, or production. They act as the bridge between the creative vision and the business reality, handling budgets, hiring crew, staffing, deliveries, overseeing schedules, and ensuring the final product is delivered on time.  On the day of the event the show producer often takes on the role of an event show caller working closely with the production team, the talent and the event host.
